Starting March 24, 2020, we are offering free shipping and free returns within 14 days of delivery on all orders*. 

*Free shipping and free returns does not apply to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii and other U.S. territories APO/FPO addresses.

 

How do I return an item?

Contact our customer service team by phone: (636) 680-2750 or by email: Info@Baretraps.com) within 14 days of the estimated receipt date of the goods to receive free return shipping. Our customer service team will issue a free return shipping label. A free return shipping label will be generated and sent to directly to you to complete your return. 

If the item has not been returned in 14 days, you still have time to return your item! We offer a 60 day return policy. Please note that if the item is returned past the 14 day window, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 Return Guidelines

  • Returned items must be in unused / unworn condition and in original box returned within 60 days of delivery.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

 Exchanges:

  • Simply return the current item for a full refund following the returns instructions and then place a new order for the correct style/size.

 Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt in our warehouse.

  • Depending on the carrier utilized it typically takes 3-8 business days for a return shipment to reach our warehouse.
  • Once our returns team processes your return it will automatically apply a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive an automated email notifying you when our team processes your return.
  • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Want to change an item you just ordered?

No worries, as long as you contact us by 12pm EST on the day an order is placed, we can still cancel the order before it ships.
