- Returned items must be in unused / unworn condition and in original box returned within 60 days of delivery.
- Return labels are available to be printed from the Returns Center. $5 will be deducted from the return total.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
Returns from the following outlying territories are responsible for return shipping on all items.

- Simply return the current item for a full refund following the returns instructions and then place a new order for the correct style/size.
- Scroll to the “Free Returns Promotion” return reason to print a shipping label from the Returns Center.
- All exchanges are subject to approval from our returns team. If an exchange item is not ordered prior to us receiving the return, $5 will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receipt in our warehouse.
- Depending on the carrier utilized it typically takes 3-8 business days for a return shipment to reach our warehouse.
- Once our returns team processes your return it will automatically apply a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive an automated email notifying you when our team processes your return.
- Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
We guarantee new product purchases from our website or retail partners for up to 1 year from purchase.
To submit your product for warranty, send images of the defect and your Baretraps order # or any proof of purchase for the item to email@example.com.
Items purchased from discount retailers, re-sellers and secondary sales methods may not be covered by warranty.
No worries, as long as you contact us by 12pm EST on the day an order is placed, we can still cancel the order before it ships.
