Runs large and wide
"I really wanted these to work. I ordered my regular size and they were too large and awfully wide even though it is a medium width. The right foot fit great, the left foot was too big and wide. I checked the size and they were both labeled 7-1/2 medium. I attempted to call them to initiate a replacement and kept getting disconnected. One time the message said "press 1 to have your call returned" I did and never got a call back. I tried emailing their email address, never received a response. I used their 'return center' and tried sending a message straight from them and got a reply from "Heartland America" letting me know I had the incorrect company, which was nice of them to let me know. I have returned all 3 pairs that I purchased and was not successful in the "free return for exchange" policy. I haven't heard back to see if my return Order #1025593 has been received either. Telephone calls are not answered, emails are not answered, and return center correspondence go unanswered. Sadly, this is not the way to run a business."
