"I really liked the fit of these boots, they’re very comfortable. I have not been able to wear such a high heel for years, that speaks to how good they fit me. Unfortunately I fell badly in a parking lot and scraped the toe of the boot on the very first day! It is extremely visible, and I wish I had another pair. I still wear them but they look very beat up."
"These boots are as pictured. They are super cute. They are true to size for the most part, but may run a tiny bit narrow in the toe box. They are comfortable, but for me personally, I wouldn’t want to wear them if I were going to be walking a lot. That said, you must know I don’t usually wear heels this height, so if you’re used to that you’ll probably be fine. I would recommend them to a friend."
"This pair of boots is my 4th pair of posture plus boots. I have loved every pair and was excited to receive these. What a disappointment—the block heel is not only super slick on any smooth surface making them somewhat dangerous to walk on a tile or laminate floor the block heel is one solid block of cheap plastic. The insole is SO HARD the posture plus Insole does absolutely nothing. So uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I took the tags of thinking they’d be what I grew to love about this brand. They will get worn for pictures or something, but these will not become the fall staple that the others have become from past years."
"I am 57 years old and just have bad feet. They hurt all the time and so comfort, especially for work, is key. These boots are so incredibly comfortable, there really aren't adequate words to describe. The added orthotic elevates the comfort level beyond belief. And they are stylish. My only complaint, and definitley not worth lowering rating, is that I wish there was a bit more hardware. . .maybe the entire silver circle shown rather than partially covered by leather, but that's my style preference -- a lot of hardware. The other note is sizing. I have worn a size 9 for YEARS but this year, the 3 pairs of booties/boots I purchased, including these, are all size 8.5. I initially ordered my "normal" size, all were too big and so I went into a store, tried them on, walked around and got the right size. So it's not just this brand, but two others, maybe more. The sizing issue is also NOT worth lowering the rating especialy since it appears the company will exchange for a different size. . .although I do not know if it's a free exchange."
