Problem with the left boot zipper
"Order#1024503 I received the boots that I ordered with the box intact. When I took the boots out of the box, I saw that the zipper on the inside of the left boot had a gap in it about ½ inch from the bottom. I thought it might be worked out by zipping and unzipping it a few times. However, it has not improved and I cannot zip and unzip the boot when it is on my foot. I would like to exchange these boots for a flawless pair if that is available. If it is not, I would like to return them and get a refund. Please email me a shipping label, so that I may return these unusable boots for replacement or refund."

Cute boots, but…
"I had to return them unfortunately the zipper was so tight on both of the boots it left an imprint on my finger. I tried to loosen it up but I think it was a defect. I ordered the Adian boots as well and their zipper was perfect and easy. I kept those. Sizing was perfect. I bought the 6. My only complaint would be I don’t think I should have had to pay the shipping to return the boots since the zipper was defective."
