"I would like to review these boots. But they sent the wrong boots and due to their extremely poor customer service policies, I was unable to re-order and possibly get the correct ones. But they, oh so generously didn't charge me to send the wrong boots back. Due to my experience with customer service, I no longer do business with this company, regardless of how wonderful the products might be. They make a mistake, ship the wrong boots but I'm the one who bears the consequences. Terrible customer service policies and rude customer service representatives."
