"The shoe itself is great. Very comfortable! The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 stars is because dealing with Baretrap was disappointing. I ordered a pair of shoes on sale and they did not fit. When I went to exchange them I was told I had to re-order and then send back the first pair. Which I started to do but then found out they would not honor the sale price.
